Installed Corona treatment systems on the laminators to increase the inter layer bond strength. Enclosed blown film area and created positive pressure environment so as to keep out dust and other contaminators while blowing the film. Enclosed the laminating area and installed dehumidifier for maintaining relative humidity on lower side. This will help us to maintain quality of adhesive particularly in the rainy season. |
