Th incumbent must be a science / engineering graduate. He must have about 10 years senior level experience and a thorough mastery over all production processes in rotogravure cylinder manufacturing. He will be responsible for heading the in-house gravure cylinder manufacturing department, including electronic prepress and cylinder engraving facility, to ensure that the printed job is as per customer requirement. Preferred age about 40 years.
 

The right candidate should have a diploma in printing technology. He must have minimum 7 to 8 years experience in operation of multicolour rotogravure printing press. He will be responsible for the productivity and print quality. Preferred age about 30 years.
